Sarah ( and Brock) was so helpful and informative when we were looking for property in Westcliffe. We had never been to Westcliffe, so we chose her after a phone conversation, where she shared her connection to the area. We shared a few listings we liked and she found a few more that she thought we might like, based on our conversations. Sarah and Brock each spent a day with us, taking us to various properties, prepared with hiking boots, 4-wheel drive, and a really great GPS with property lines feature. We were able to see and walk the whole property with a clear picture of the entire lot. We learned about Westcliffe and the surrounding area as we spent time traveling to the properties. Whenever we had questions Sarah answered immediately, she thoroughly explained the process of buying property in the area, since we are not from the area and our experience has only been in the purchase of houses. Sarah helped us with contacts for a lot survey, a well test (Brock even picked up the sample and drove to a lab an hour away), and an insurance broker for the area. Sarah drove out to check the property and change the gate lock before our closing. I am grateful we found Sarah (and Brock) and I am certain they will continue to be a great resource as we build our home and life in Westcliffe.

Sarah was great to work with as we visited properties and decided where to make our home in Westcliffe. Based on other positive reviews, we reached out to Sarah on a weekend, expecting to hear back from her on Monday. Sarah contacted us a short time later and arranged to have a lengthy conversation about the area on Sunday.
