Once she found out our budget wasn't over $300,000, she lost any interest in showing us multiple houses and was trying to push us to buy something outside of our means (which financially would have worked- but we did not want to invest that much in a second home). I would not recommend to anyone who wants a responsive agent or someone who will listen to keep you within budget.

Sarah was very intelligent in the world of real estate, but I still would not recommend. She is extremely busy and it was hard to set up appointments. We had to deal with her assistant most of the time who was a middle man to then talk to Sarah. She also said some very unkind comments to me and my husband in a phone conversation, that was extremely unprofessional.

Talk about a selling beast! Sarah sold our home in amazing time. It hit the market on a Thursday morning, we had private showings lined up for the same day. The following day was a complete frenzy of private showings, there were so many I lost track. At one time, there were over 30 people here to look at our place. We had an offer that night, and others followed. By Sunday evening we had accepted an offer, and had to cancel showings for the rest of the week. We didn't even have an open house!! We had consulted a realtor earlier, and quoted us a listing price of $30,000 LESS than what Sarah listed it for. We sold for $5,000 OVER asking, and she was with us every step of the way. Will I recommend her to my friends? You bet!
