Searching for your dream home is no easy task especially as a first time homeowner, so my husband and I were so happy we had Stevia to help us every step of the way. Stevia was always on time for listings, and made herself available at all times of the day including weekends and evenings! She was super committed to helping us find a home that worked for our family. Once is came to closing and negotiating she is honest and was very helpful in working with the buyers and sharing tips along the way. Post closing, she helped answer all of our questions and within 3 weeks the keys were in our hand. She was also helpful in supplying any contractors or vendors we may need. As a first time home buyers Marta was an amazing realtor to us. She does an excellent job to hear what YOU WANT to make you love your home. She will be realistic with you and give you the best advice as a realtor . She is NOT MONEY HUNGRY like other realtors I had experience with. Marta helped us get our 1st home & made it a fun experience , she negotiated with the seller and didnt hurt our pockets especially with this crazy market .
