About Sarah Cotnoir

. I became a Licensed Realtor in 2019 and helped many families achieve the dream of home ownership! I credit the moving I did as a child to be why I can serve my clients in many regions with vast knowledge of NH & MA. I graduated from Haverhill High School in 2001 & graduated from Southern NH University with an A.S. in Business Management. Previously to Real Estate, I worked in customer service/sales & the dental field for over 8 years and have true compassion for all of my clients. My hobbies include gardening, walking the dogs, going to Lake Winnipesaukee & spending time with my family. I have a Pitbull named Minnie, and a rescue mix named Orbit. I am committed to helping clients with confidence, patience, and care. The homeownership process can be stressful, and having been through home transactions myself, I know what it's like to be in your shoes! I make sure my clients understand the process from beginning to end. Treating each client as a person, not just a transaction, and look forward to building long-term relationships.
