Once we decided on a location, which Sarah influenced we found a home pretty quickly. She negotiated on our behalf and I feel like got us an incredible deal - she doesnt back down but doesnt do it in a gross aEUR~tv real estate agent way, she respected the sellers as much as she respected us.Things could have gone really wrong during this whole thing and I believe it is because of Sarah that it just didnt.
