We were introduced to Sarah Bui when she was aEUR~assigned to us via Zillow. At first we thought - aEUR~oh great they just throw any ol realtor at you but it quickly became clear that Sarah is no aEUR~any ol realtor. From day one, she demonstrated an amazing knowledge of real estate, patience, and sense of humor. Our first time buying a house we were told was going to be scary and daunting, one of the toughest things youll go through in life - but with Sarah guiding us it was awesome, seriously. Once we decided on a location, which Sarah influenced we found a home pretty quickly. She negotiated on our behalf and I feel like got us an incredible deal - she doesnt back down but doesnt do it in a gross aEUR~tv real estate agent way, she respected the sellers as much as she respected us.Things could have gone really wrong during this whole thing and I believe it is because of Sarah that it just didnt. Unfortunately for her, well be staying in touch with her forever! She wont be able to get rid of us!! Ever!Do yourself a favor and just call her, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

We were relocating from Michigan to California for work and could not have made it without Sarah. From our first meeting, Sarah was helping us to understand and navigate the market we were about to enter; we cancelled meetings with other relators we were going to meet and instantly signed with Sarah. Looking for houses out of state was no small feat, Sarah went to multiple open houses for us when we were not able to travel and provided us key insight and feedback on areas and items we didnt even know we should be considering. There were many times items were confusing or we couldnt wrap our heads around what was going on, Sarah answered all our calls and texts, and there was nothing more reassuring than her aEURoeIll take care of thataEUR? response. We were starting to lose hope after 2 offers were not accepted, but Sarah talked us off the ledge and ultimately was able to help us close the deal within just 2 weeks of starting! On top of being an extremely competent relator Sarah is also a beautiful human being and was a pleasure to talk to and be around. I wish I had more money to buy more houses so we could continuously work with Sarah :)
