This makes them and their company Bridge to Brow extremely efficient. Within the span of visiting no more than five properties, we had found the home we wanted to buy and did buy. When we decided on the house we wanted to buy, Sarah and Davey were as good at negotiating and advising as they are at knowing the market and their clients. They helped us evaluate the pros and cons. They kept the process of negotiating moving smoothly, knowing when to wait and when to act. We felt they represented us positively. And after the agreement was made, they moved into problem-solving mode whenever needed. Required flood insurance not available as planned? No problem. Sarah called her personal insurance agent who found flood insurance for us in a matter of hours. Someone needed to determine the probable cause of a wet spot in the back yard? Davey had his personal yard man to the house the next day to see what needed to be done. And their great services did not end when we closed on the house. After closing, they continued to solve this little problem and that...where are the garage door openers? Is there a manual on line for the heating/cooling system? How do we operate the irrigation system? What about the security system? Even much later, when we decided to buy a new kitchen range for the house, Sarah sent us all the details on a kitchen range she had bought for a building project a few months before.Even though its been three months since we closed on the house, we know that if we called either Sarah or Dave with a problem today, they would help us solve it.
