About Sara Lyman

I was lucky enough to discover the North Quabbin area 19 years ago. Being from a small town in Western Mass, I knew this would be a great place to settle down and raise my family. I have been a full time realtor since 2000. My areas of specialty are residential resales and probate sales. When selling your home you need to make sure you have a competent agent who understands the real estate process, has good communication, and the importance of timing. This will ensure a smooth transaction and happy clients. Probate sales include deaths, divorce, and court ordered sales. Finding a Realtor who understand the dynamics of these sales is extremely important to getting a successful end result. I have spent the last 5 years educating myself on the probate process and work with a great team of professionals who always see this process through to the close of the property. Each probate sale is challenging in its own way and each offers different sets of hardships to each the families that the sale affect.
