Sara was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! As first time home buyers using the VA loan, we had no idea where to even begin the process of looking for a home. Mrs. Hawken has always been a good friend and an even better Real Estate agent. We went through Sara when we were buying our house 2 years ago and she was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. When we found out my husband had orders out of state, there was no second thought that we needed anyone but Sara. We called her right away and she had our house on the market that week. Even while we were driving cross-country she closed the deal for us and was able to make it as easy as possible given the circumstances. All in all, we cannot say enough good things about Sara. Sara is an amazing realtor! She was very responsive and helpful during the whole home buying process, especially since I was a first time home buyer.
