I am a first time home buyer and had been looking for a home and property to run my business out of for over 2 years with no luck prior to working with her. I had a very specific set of must haves and she did a wonderful job of narrowing down the house in the market based on what I really needed. Not to mention searching during a time when the market was relatively difficult for buyers. She took the time to get to know my real estate wants and needs and made the process incredibly easy and straightforward. The property that I purchased was well sought after and she was helpful in negotiating a competitive, but fair purchase price.
