Sara Cervino came highly recommended. We did not consider any other brokers. She was fabulous. One example: There was an instance when we needed her to assess a situation that was time sensitive. She was driving, had not had lunch, yet she continued north on Rt. 81 to meet with us to view a recently listed coveted property. Because of her work ethic and dedication, we were able to secure the land purchase that very day. With the purchase of our land, and the sale of our house, Sara did a wonderful job. We were very satisfied.

This experience began when we saw how quickly Illuminate sold a house 2 doors down. I emailed and received a prompt response within minutes, followed by a phone call shortly after from Sara. I told her what my wife and I wanted and she scheduled an in person meeting for the very next day. I knew from the beginning that we were going to select Sara based on her quick response, professionalism, willingness to help, and her attentiveness to our needs. Sara was great every step of the way. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, offering up honest and professional advice. We could not be more pleased with the help she provided through the entire experience. In addition to the previous comments, Sara was always readily available and responded to our questions in a timely manner and if there was ever information she was unsure of she made sure to get us the answers we needed with a high sense of urgency.

Sara was great to work with from the very beginning. She asked us detailed questions to get a feel of what we were interested in, could afford and were looking for. She stayed on point with always keeping us updated with new listings and was very quick with scheduling showings for houses we liked. She was very informative and helpful during contract times to put offers in and was there no matter the time of day to answers questions. She kept us in the loop the entire process with any updates she received even if we had too. Sara is very easy to get along with and work with which made this life changing and stressful process a smooth one. I would recommend Sara to any of my friends or family and would use her again in the future !!

We had a lot of set backs and curveballs with this sale and purchase. I don't know how we would have gotten through it all without Sara. She was there whenever we needed her, was very knowledgeable and very accessible. We couldn't have asked for a better person to handle this transition. It felt good to have a friend in our corner.
