I've worked with Sara Blandino with her as my selling agent and as a buyers agent. As a seller agent she was able to overcome the objections of the buyer about many things on the property I was selling. Which was amazing. I had anticipated huge objections by the buyer but she was able to smooth things over tactfully in a professional manner. ... And I was doing a 1031 exchange and I needed to buy a replacement property with strict IRS deadlines. The property that I had a contract on as a buyer turned out to have title problems which put me in a time crunch to meet the IRS guidelines. Sara was able to pluck another property off-market out of the air to save my rear end. She has many contacts in addition to the "typical MLS agent". Many years went by without me buying anything and Sara would continue to present properties to me despite my pickiness. Many other agents may have written me off as "difficult". We wrote several contracts over the years that didn't work out. She continued to work with me despite the lack of buying activity until 5 years later I bought another one.
