Santiago was phenomenal. He saw the potential of my brothers property and with your concierge program we were able to get the property ready to sell. We signed the agreement on Friday and he had his contractor in there on the following Tuesday. They got the property ready in two weeks and put it on the market on a Monday. Santiago had 6 showings that first day before noon and more later in the day. We got two offers right away with the strongest one backing off at the end of the week. We finalized the 2nd offer the next Monday. Throughout the remodeling Santiago kept me updated on the progress. We closed 3 weeks and 2 days after the offer. Sold for $10,000 over the listing. Santiago was very professional and personal through the process. Could have not picked a better realtor.
