We had the good fortune to work with Katinka Goertz during a recent home purchase. She was on top of everything from snacks for our daughter to a full color portfolio of all the homes visited. Chris was very personable and very professional. He was able to show me around Santa Barbara and knew the area like it was his backyard, which it actually is. Growing up in the city he has a first hand type of knowledge that simply can't be taught. He was so on top of the new listings in the area and had solid advice on the market and his forecast predictions. We drove around for a couple days and had a great time. I wasn't ready to purchase but I plan on buying in early 2017, I can't imagine even calling anyone else when I'm ready.
