Katinka has been helping us find a house near Santa Barbara California for the past two years. It was a difficult job because we live in Virginia and therefore had to make our search via long distance. Katinka sent us many listings and when we visited California she made every effort to devote her schedule to our needs. She showed us a number of properties but we did not find 'the one'. She clearly explained all of the aspects of a real estate purchase to us, coordinated with experts to help us with inspections, and represented us at the walk through and closing. She always answered our communications immediately and was always upbeat. We really felt we had somebody on our side. She made our experience the best possible.

We had the good fortune to work with Katinka Goertz during a recent home purchase. She was on top of everything from snacks for our daughter to a full color portfolio of all the homes visited. She was fast in setting up appts, creative in suggesting different neighborhoods, and had a variety of pocket listings not yet on the market to show us. We only had a week to look so she set a very aggressive schedule. We never felt rushed but were able to meet all the appts. and still cover the entire market in our price range.She is very pleasant to spend time with, flexible, upbeat, friendly, and knows SB and Montecito very well.
