David was exceptionally professional throughout the sale of my home. He and his partner negotiated a higher price for us than we thought wed obtain, which completely covered his commission!!! David was also highly responsive and answered his phone every time I called! Never once did my calls go to voice mail. I definitely recommend David if you want a fantastic realtor who will do the very best job for you. He always made time to answer my many questions and he even helped me with a couple of small repairs I needed to do. Unbelievably great realtor!!!!!!

In the last few years, we have used ZILLOW along with a boutique local Agents to facilitate sales & purchases of our homes in Resort Areas in the Western States. The Team of DAVID & SANDY KELLER was a perfect fit for us in the HOT MARKET of PRESCOTT, AZ. When we moved to Arizona from Colorados Ski Slopes, our Buyers Agent was someone with a part time schedule, retired from another career. When it came time to market our large, acreage & specialty home, we needed an experienced Team, familiar with the speed of the Market which was almost as heated as Prime California Markets. Since DAVID KELLER & SANDY KELLER were Top-Shelf Real Estate Agents living in California before building in PRESCOTT, they created the perfect Marketing Plan for our FIRE SAFE, Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) home with Steel Framing. Living in New Mexico & Colorado, we were concerned with the Fire Resistance for our Arizona Residence. We knew the ICF construction without wood or combustible materials would be desirable to others looking to buy near GRANITE MOUNTAIN ; DAVID & SANDY KELLER had expertise in ICF Construction due to research before building their Williamson Valley Ranch Dream Home. This Custom Construction knowledge plus the marketing plan honed in CA & the local expertise in the neighborhoods sold us on TEAM KELLER for listing the home. SANDY KELLER hired the best DRONE PHOTOGRAPHER & separately the best STILL PHOTOGRAPHER to display our home on its own Webpage & paid for numerous display ads in targeted publications that penetrated the Scottsdale Market as well as the Californians wanting to move to PRESCOTT. The Open House was well-marketed & well-attended thanks to DAVID & SANDY.After feedback online about my Sheep Slam & African Antelopes, DAVID KELLER & SANDY KELLER convinced me to go to the trouble to take down the Bison, Moose & Caribou & put into storage. SANDY & DAVID paid to re-shoot the photos. Additionally, we werent totally certain we wanted to sell & kept the home from any showings for 2 months from Mid-November to Mid-January which meant SANDY & DAVID lost some potential Buyers that were shopping then. I actually didnt think we were going to sell because the two out-of-state properties my wife & I considered went under contract. SANDY convinced me to leave it on the market but I went ahead & got a new Maytag Downdraft Cooktop my wife had been wanting. SANDY paid the photographer to make a THIRD TRIP to photograph the new five burner cooktop in the kitchen island & kept advertising the home at her expense. My wife & I grew up with horses plus homes on Water-Wells & needed REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS that were experienced with our type of property not located in a subdivision with Central Water. SANDY & DAVID knew how to explain the Private Well to potential Buyers, especially with those whose agents rarely sell outside of PRESCOTT LAKES or TALKING ROCK where I golf. Anybody can sell a Country Club Home but I wanted a smart, driven Listing Agent like TEAM KELLER to represent our home. And our daughter & her fiancA(C) used the same Brokerage to buy their home ON THE DAY IT WENT on the MARKET with 4 Competing Offers. SANDY & DAVID know how to buy & sell in this speed market & also kept us up on the local market offerings since my wife wanted an Indoor Pool for her Physical Therapy while I wanted to be able to drive my Golf Cart over to the course in TALKING ROCK. This woman is a saint, the company that we purchased our brand new home from that was built from scratch was a problem from day one. Sandy made every speed bump that we went over as smooth as glass. Sandy did an amazing job of securing a new-build home for me in Granville when there were none to be had. She was communicating frequently with the sales office and within an hour of my house becoming available, she ran a cash deposit over and I have my beautiful new house now! She negotiated on my behalf and I received a very nice credit from the builder. She was present for inspections and kept me informed of all dates and necessary information. She is super responsive no matter the time of dayaEUR|.if I needed her, she was there for me. Everything went very smoothly and I didnt have to stress over anything. Ive had some pretty negative experiences with realtors in the past, but this experience was stellar and Ill be sending my friends to Sandy now.
