I am a native Arkansan that recently moved to Northwest Arkansas to have more time with my precious grandson and family. I currently cover the area from Fayetteville to Bella Vista. I love living here and enjoy all the activities that this gorgeous part of the state has to offer. Lots of amenities here include bike and walking trails, Crystal Bridges, variety of restaurants, great health care, low unemployment rate and excellent health care system. Previously I worked in the beautiful Ozark Mountains and Twin Lakes region of North Central Arkansas. The Mountain Home area is where I vacationed with my family as a child. In 2001, I made the Twin Lakes area my permanent home. I have been truly blessed in my life. In December 2000, I received my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. I received my Real Estate license in June of 2003. I enjoyed Real Estate so much that it soon became my passion. I loved it so much that I became a full time agent in June of 2004. In 2005, I received the Award for Excellence Gold Level for sales of 3 Million Dollars. In 2006, I received the Award for Excellence Platinum Level for sales of 5 Million Dollars. In 2007, I received the Award for Excellence Silver Level for sales of 2 Million Dollars. In 2006 and 2007, because of my proven track record of sales volume, I became a V.I.P. member for Manchester Whos Who Registry for Executives and Professionals. In 2010, I received the Award for Excellence Silver Level for over 2 Million Dollars in sales. My most recent CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty Awards for 2010 are the Hustle, Sapphire, Rising Star and Quality Service Pinnacle Level. On the state level, I am #18 for the year 2010 of all CENTURY 21 agents in the state of Arkansas, 2nd Runner Up with Home Protection Plans and also the Award of Excellence 1st Runner Up Company Wide Top Producer. In 2009, I received the following awards Top Listing Agent and the Hustle Award. On the CENTURY 21 State Level, I received the Rising Star Award and Quality Service Award in 2009. I received all of these awards for helping all my clients in all price ranges from lake lots to weekend getaways, to small retirement homes to mansions on the mountains. I'm a very dedicated to making my clients dreams come true. The people here in t are warm, friendly and down to earth, where neighbor means neighbor and friend means friend. This area has a very low cost of living as well as a very low crime rate. Northwest Arkansas boasts one of the areas best medical facilities. My clients are constantly surprised how much house they can get here for the money compared to where they currently live.
