1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Please do yourself a favor and get pre-qualified first. There are currently multiple offers on homes, so you want to be ready.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I have taken numerous studies in home staging, so I can definitely help in getting your home ready - even if you have an empty home, I can help there with some staging materials. We will work together to make your home show room ready - and then you will obtain the best sales results. These days, Buyers are only interested in "move-in" ready homes. I will give you 25 years of experience in making your home the bride instead of the bridesmaid!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All over the spectrum: Client buyers from other countries, first time home buyers, home sellers up to $800,000, represented several developers in new construction, move-up buyers, seniors looking to sell and scale down, relocation buyers and sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
The last two transactions - both received offers in 2 days with the proper coaching
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a legal assistant in real estate, and other matters - was encouraged to go into real estate in the early 1990's.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, 28 years of experience! There is no substitute for experience. Also, I am an Accredited Buyer's Agent, and have my certification in Strategic Pricing for home owners, and have studied home staging.
