We were looking in hot areas such as Wallingford, Ravenna, Montlake, etc. She has great knowledge on old homes, caveats, and has an eye for what can be renovated away vs not. I would say she has even deeper expertise in the greater suburbs of the east side, but that wasnt an issue for helping us, and there wasnt much negotiation room in such a sellers market. She always worked with the sellers early on make us stand out when there are always 3+ offers on the homes we were interested. Also, in a market with quick turnarounds, she impressed us with how quickly she helped us align inspectors and even architects for us to get a good idea of old houses conditions pre-offer, and working into the wee hours to align our offers. This really helped in our process because we had an informed price range in mind when we made our offer. Most of all, I would say Sandy is just a good person, and we felt that she had our back through out the process.
