We feel that education is a powerful tool; therefore, we volunteer at Neighborhood Housing Services. We help to teach a first time buyers class on a rotation. If you are looking for a good class I would highly recommend calling them at 405-231-4663 (HOME). Grant money for down payment assistance may be available for those who qualify. I work with various lenders who have various loan programs who have several loan programs to get you into a home with little to no money out of your pocket. Ask me about RD loans and VA loans which do not require a down payment.

Ive worked with Sandi a few times over the last 5 years. With the economy I was unable to find the house of my dreams but when the time comes that I can afford to start looking again I will ONLY use Sandi Walker!
