Sandra was great in helping us find properties and printing out data so we could do drive-bys. She emailed us about properties that came up that we might want to see. And when we found a house to see, she tried her best to get us in to see it as quickly as possible. She knew most of the areas pretty well, an advantage of being a local. She even picked us up one day on the way to see some homes so we didnt have to find a place to leave our car downtown. She keeps her cool under pressure, too, and understands the emotional ups and downs that buyers are going through. She is a good negotiator and made helpful suggestions.
