Find an agent who is that's not trying to hard sell you, someone you feel comfortable with and can trust.

Never dismiss the prep work that should be done prioir to selling. Go thru your home, remove items that no longer serves you, box those that can be boxed and streamline what you have out. Buyers are attracted to properties look cared for and not overcrowded. Never underestimate the power of home staging inside and out!

My focus is residential homes and land. I mostly work with relocation, however I have helped new buyers, buyers that are downsizing, second home buyers, and residential investment property buyers. I enjoy the variety my job brings!

I just closed on a property with a couple that moved here from CA. Meeting them and finding them a house was a treat. We found the perfect house and seeing how excited they were to their next chapter in life makes doing what I do a blessing!

Both my parents were in real estate and I started in my late 20's, worked for a gated community for a couple years then stopped to have a baby and be a mother. Several years later, I knew I needed to get back to doing something I enjoyed, updated my license and HERE I AM!

My bachelor degree is Interior Design and I have a lot of new construction experience. I'm very creative and can visualize a properties potential. I'm also a good negotiator and pride myself on my customer service. Most of my business comes from referrals!
