ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Sandi the summer of 2012 by an agent who did not cover Southern Westchester, where I was looking. Sandi was unlike other agents I had dealt with over 20 years of buying and selling mostly in White Plains as she was never pushy and she always showed enormous patience and sympathy whatever crazy situation arose and there were some doozys like a coop-board reversing an approval less than 24 hours before the closing. Over the years, Sandi has helped us buy and sell 4 properties. I have never stuck with an agent through 4 sales as sooner or later they do something, say something, truly annoying. Sandi is a person of integrity, she is authentic and the consummate professional. ZillowVERIFIEDI've been waiting for a home to become available on a block I really like and it did. Sandra showed me a couple of homes previously. I emailed her the first day the sign went up. She didn't get back to me for a few days. When she did the following week she lied and said they had an accepted offer already. One night while walking my dog I see and Agent showing the home I thought had an offer, the Agent said it WAS still available. I rushed to get someone to show it to me and we put an offer in but we were too late. Had she not lied and just said she couldn't help me I wouldn't have missed my opportunity to submit my offer. I won't ever use her again. Luckily I found an agent who is really well informed and so it wasn't a total loss.
