Not only is Anna a true professional, she is a patient, kind and caring person. Trust me when I tell you things can go wrong...and they will. :) Anna handled herself so well and immediately resolved any issue with a pleasant attitude, when I may not have been so pleasant. Kim was professional, and very patient with my husband and me. She was also very knowledgable about the properties and the areas we inquired about.
