"My wife and I have purchased 3 houses, sold 2 and had a rental property. Needless to say we thought we knew what a realtor did and what a realtor was. WRONG!!! We had no idea what a difference a good professional real estate agent made. "I reached out to Sandra Marconi three years ago after finding her name listed on the Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider) website. She was the second person to call me back out of the three agents listed. (The first called at 10:30 pm which I found to be way too pushy as well as inappropriate.) From our first phone conversation I had a good feeling about Sandra. She made an appointment to come by and see our home, and came prepared with comparable properties that had sold in our neighborhood.
