It was our great good fortune to have been marshaled through this life changing process by Sandy Avdic! We came down from Maryland last Spring with a week to do our major recon. Sandy started us in Jacksonville and by weeks' end we had found what we were looking for in Saint Augustine. What with one thing and another we weren't able to travel and Sandy became our eyes, ears hands and feet! She helped us with the builder, the inspections, kept us on the timeline - she even helped us be able to close remotely! I don't have enough superlative adjectives to describe this young lady. She is thoroughly professional, conscientious, crosses every t, dots every i, is calm and reassuring with a personality so pleasant you'll end up feeling like family.
