ZillowVERIFIEDIf youd ask me today (a few days after hurricane Ian hit SW Florida), how would I rate Sandees professional qualities, Id start with the note that ZILLOW does not have enough 5-star ratings. Because Sandee deserves to be rated at 5-Stars Plus! Sandee was recommended to us as a great real estate agent who helped our friends to buy a house in Sarasota earlier this year. We live in MD, and we started working with Sandee in May 2022, when we first came to Sarasota to find a new home. Three and a half months later, multiple properties seen (some rejected by us, some contracts lost due to still hot Sarasota real estate market) we finally bought a home in a desirable area and exactly the type we wanted. Sandee patiently worked with us all this time. She also helped us with selection of home inspection and title companies. For many real estate agents work with the client ends on the day of the home sale. But not for Sandee! To my complete surprise she called me a day after devastating Ian hit Sarasota area and told me shed stop by our home to see if theres any damage from hurricane. Isnt this a great service or what? As I said earlier ZILLOW does not have enough 5-Star ratings for Sandee.
