Samantha was a gift a true gift! Sam, helped my family to both sell our home and buy another home. Sam sold our home in less than 2 months. I has asked Sam to not put up a "For Sale" sign our front lawn. This of course didn't help with our home sale exposure, but Sam nevertheless found a way. This it turned out was the easy part. We accepted a firm offer from a a buyer, but now the hard part began, to find our "forever home." Sam took us to open houses and countless house tours till we found the right one. That's when things got difficult. The buyers of our home were having difficulties with financing. We couldn't get any information as to why. Sam worked tirelessly with our lawyer and mortgage broker to get this deal done. Our mortgage broker described Sam as "Relentless." This was a perfect description of Samantha. Sam will not stop, Sam will not give up, Sam will not let you down! This story ends well, both sales were completed and we moved into our new home a short time ago. We still contact Sam for advise on kitchen contractors, electricians and HVAC. If you are buying or selling a home or just wondering what your home is worth, my advise to you is, call Sam. If you don't, you most likely will deal with someone who isn't looking out for your best interests, and definitely someone who isn't as relentless as Samatha! Our story ended well, yours may not!
