My family was tasked with the extremely emotional task of selling my recently deceased father's home. None of us actually live in the area, so choosing a realtor that fit our needs was challenging. We interviewed several realtors, and were so very impressed with the "Sam and Rick" team that the decision was very easy. And they did not disappoint. They were so knowledgeable through the entire process, from all the "legalese" in the contract paperwork, to a reasonable estimate of the property's value. The communication was exceptional. I don't think Samantha ever sleeps!! On the professional side, the photos were so incredible, both inside and out, which, I am convinced, helped sell the house in record time. My parents would have been thrilled to see their beloved home displayed so beautifully. On the personal side, theirs is truly a family business. When faced with some fairly insurmountable tasks in getting the house ready to sell, they pitched in to help us move a houseful of furniture out to the garage for donation. We were in tears from relief. Finally, I doubt that many houses have been sold in such record time. We accepted an excellent offer 3 days after the house went on the market and the closing was less than 2 weeks later. We never dreamed of such a stunning outcome. This was totally the result of the incredible marketing skills Samantha possesses. Our family will be forever grateful for everything she has done, start to finish. We plan on using her again very soon.
