1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Always use an agent when buying your home, the seller pays the commission so the agent is free to you. The agent will be able to assist you in writing the contract to buy the home, as well as be able to help protect you to the best of their ability during the home buying process.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with both buyer and sellers of residential property.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always had a passion for real estate and for buying investment properties but the start of my real estate career was a big change for me. I was working in the medical field in a medical coding position. I enjoyed my job and my work family but I always longed for something more. I decided that I wanted to be able to help families more than what I was able to do as a medical coder, I wanted to make a bigger impact on their lives so I decided to get licensed to sell real estate. The change in career has had such an impact on my life and I have truly enjoyed being able to help families find their new dream home. I look forward to continuing this path and being able to pursue my passion of helping people.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Being with Keller Williams it has provided me the opportunity to be a part of the PC program, this program allows me to get group and individual training. I have a coach and a group of agents of all different experience levels that I can call upon for problem solving, new ideas or just to review contracts. This allows me to provide my clients with the best possible service.
