We were wanting to buy a house for quite a bit, and I think meeting Samantha was our best bet. Samantha is very professional, she went through everything that you need to know, her interest is not only to sell you a house, it is to also support you and guide you in oder to make the best choice for you. She was always there anytime we wanted to see a new property and to be honest I had previous experience with some Real State Agents who were only interested on selling. With Samantha it is completely different, when we were visiting properties she would tell us "I don't think this would be a good investment for this reasons" which makes me secure of the agent I had. I also want to add that Samantha is bilingual and she Dominates Spanish 100% which was very helpful for communication with my dad. Samantha will not be the Agent that only is interested in selling you a property, she will be the person who will tell you based on her experience in this business if a property is not really the best choice for many reasons. I cannot thank her enough for helping us find the best house to invest in. Again I will refer and recommend Samantha with no doubt, very professional at what she does, morality and integrity are things that she has as a person and you will not find Agents like this very often.
