Hi all! My name is Samantha. I just got my license in March and I am so excited to start this new career venture. A little about me - I grew up in the Midwest, mostly near Chicago. I moved to Asheville North Carolina a little over four years ago. I love being tucked away in our beautiful mountain pocket. The views never get less stunning and I really could not ask for better weather while still getting all my Midwest seasons. I have been working in downtown Asheville at a restaurant called Chestnut since the moment I arrived. I have been in the service industry for over ten years. This wasn't a choice I made based off of thinking it was my only option. I have stuck to it for so long because I genuinely enjoy taking care of people. I want to carry on that same level of hospitality and effort in helping others find their own place to call home. I am very excited to start my new career as a real estate agent for Remax Results! I believe real estate was the right choice for me based on the skills I have picked up over my many years of serving. After renting four different places in Asheville in four years, I recently purchased a home for myself. I never realized before how accessible owning a home could be and what a great investment it was. The rental market in Asheville can be a little tough. Buying was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. Asheville is such a solid choice for owning property. We are constantly growing!! Having just been on the other side of this transaction for the first time, I feel like I gained a greater empathy for first time home buyers. I am grateful to have experienced the process myself so that I can better serve my future clients.
