The Homes by Jones team helped my husband and I find our first home in April of 2023 and walked us through every step of the process. Sam was attentive, responsive, and answered every single one of our questions (and boy did we have a lot). From the search process we started and stopped a few times over a 2-year period, to touring homes, and through the offer process to closing, we felt like we were in the most capable of hands. On the rare occasion Sam wasnt available, Andrew and Barb were there to assist us with questions or to tag along on a tour and we never had to fill them in or catch them up. They truly work as a team, making our experience seamless. Sam also had recommendations for an inspector, loan officer, lawyer, and even movers!
