Wow! Samantha really knows her stuff! I thought the listing price was a bit high - she convinced me and was so right (based on her vast knowledge and experience in the local market) Samantha was on top of everything and communicated frequently to keep me in the loop. And she was very personable! Really the perfect realtor to work with - I highly recommend her!!

When we met Samantha and signed the contract with her she was great at telling us how great of realtor she was. The pictures she took of our house were amazing. After that trying to get ahold of her and have our questions answered was horrendous. When she did get back to us she always told us that she was busy dealing with other clients or in a cash closing. She never fully answered any of questions and if something went wrong it was always someone else's fault and never hers. Any communication we had with her was always done by text even after asking her numerous times to call us when we were talking about money. Questions would go unanswered for days. When we did get texts from her it was screen shots of conversations between her and the other realtors concerning our house. Leading up to closing on our house after numerous questions not being answered and being lied to we had to call Samantha's boss to get any information on the closing. At that point we were not even being told when our where our closing was to take place or if it was going to take place at all. We were not having our calls returned and when we finally did receive a call we were told it was out of courtesy and that the date of our closing had not been received by her. It was only after her boss contacted her that the signed contract suddenly appeared. We were constantly told that all the issues that were coming up were due to the buyer either not being prepared or just being indecisive. We later found out that none of that was true and that the buyer was actually having similar issues with his realtor. At one point we were told our closing was being postponed due to the buyer not having secured his insurance Again we later found that to be a lie. The day of closing we arrived only to be completely ignored by Samantha until the closing was complete. At that point she attempted to have a conversation to try to explain her horrendous behavior at which we explained to her that had it not been for her boss stepping in, the closing would not have happened. We have bought and sold houses before and by far this was the worst experience we have ever had with a realtor.
