Sam did a great job in helping us to sell our house. Based on his market research he presented us with a price range that he felt we could get for our house. We used that information, along with our own, to set the price. Sam then helped us with some ideas to stage the house for pictures and showings. He went through every room and also helped with the presentation of the outside of the house. He was very good at keeping us informed throughout the selling process.
