Sam Rawlins

Eastern Oregon ranch raised, Sam grew up learning the value of hard work and responsibility at a young age. After obtaining a B.S. in Business and Economics from Northwest Nazarene University, Sam became certified as a professional farrier and began building his business in central and eastern Oregon. Not long after that he obtained his Oregon Real Estate License and has been involved in sales and management of commercial, residential and agriculture properties. In addition, he runs a cow-calf operation in Harney county and recently welcomed his first child, daughter Claire, with his beautiful wife, Tiana. Sam knows what it means to work on your behalf and has the "do what it takes" mentality necessary to overcome the challenges that arise when working with buyers and sellers.
