So when it came time to sell my home, I decided to give them a call.After the initial visit, my dealings were mostly with Sam. He was amazing! He kept me informed with everything going on, provided timelines, made recommendations, and answered all of my questions. The thing that really blew me away was when he showed up at my house to work on things that had been called out on the pre-inspection. There he was in his grubby clothes with tools in hand! He even went to a local hardware store to get supplies!I had already moved out of the state when my house finally went on the market. Sam and Patti took care of everything from there. They arranged for staging, photos, and a video and kept me in the loop with emails, texts, and phone calls. Sam and Patti KILLED it! They did so great. We looked at so many houses in person to find the right one and they were so great at responding quickly and making the trek up to look at houses. They understood our style and desires. They would be early at houses to make sure thins were turned on and do an initial screen to see if it fit our wants. They were attentive to details and beyond prepared. We have two little boys that would come with us to showing and they were great with them. They brought toys for the boys for the home inspection to keep them busy and many "welcome home" gifts when we moved in. We honestly lucked out on having them find our home.
