Immediately they defined a calculated series of steps for us to choose from to maximize our likelihood of success in obtaining the desired offer. In addition, they followed up with frequent checks to see how our preparation for listing was moving forward. They were always available for questions, offering excellent guidance along the way. Sam and Patti provided extra services that I never heard realtors include - arranging and paying for a pre inspection, photography and videography services including a drone flyover of the property, and even professional stagers that made our home so beautiful that we were questioning why we were selling! Our neighbors were surprised at how high our asking price was and were completely blown away at the even higher offers we were receiving.In the end we accepted an amazing offer the same day it listed, far exceeding the asking price and our wildest expectations. So when it came time to sell my home, I decided to give them a call.After the initial visit, my dealings were mostly with Sam. He was amazing! He kept me informed with everything going on, provided timelines, made recommendations, and answered all of my questions. The thing that really blew me away was when he showed up at my house to work on things that had been called out on the pre-inspection. There he was in his grubby clothes with tools in hand! He even went to a local hardware store to get supplies!I had already moved out of the state when my house finally went on the market. Sam and Patti took care of everything from there. They arranged for staging, photos, and a video and kept me in the loop with emails, texts, and phone calls. The house ended up selling in a very short period of time and for more than the asking price.I can't say enough good things about Sam and Patti and I highly recommend them!
