Sams professional analysis and recommendations on setting a premium but realistic listing price, avoiding the expense of making any upgrades and in navigating multiple offers over a six-week period were all on-point and extremely valuable. The initial listing process was very positive as we felt the photography/ videography services Sam contracted and the home write-up presented our family homes interior, exterior and best features in their best possible light to prospective buyers. In the final analysis, our 47-year-old, single-owner home was listed in mid-March, under contract three weeks later and closed in mid-June 2020 to a buyer from another state at 99% of listing price during the middle of a pandemic. Sam and his team guided us throughout the closing process in June keeping us informed, encouraged and counseled.
