Sam founded Queen Anne Real Estate in 2006 and has since been one of the most successful real estate brokers in Seattle, having been recognized as a top performing broker for the past eleven years. Prior to moving to the Queen Anne/Magnolia area with his family, Sam graduated from New York University and spent fourteen years on Wall Street as an investment banker, where his financial acumen facilitated in his negotiating over one billion dollars in transactions worldwide.
