You went above and beyond to find us that pocket listing and although we had very specific requirements on this new house you found one that checked every box! I know there is a ton of work that goes into finding the right home but boy oh boy in todays age the amount of work it requires to close on the house is amazing as well. April and I are very punctual people and if we met you at the house 10 times, we arrived 5 minutes early and every time you already had the home open and the lights on. I doubt most realtors are as efficient as you?? After we are all moved in and the pictures are back on the walls we are going to throw a big party and would love for you to attend.
