ZillowVERIFIEDUpon meeting Sam you instantly like him! He listens to your needs and wants. His knowledge of the area is priceless. He showed us homes in our price range, needs and wants. Sam was always quick to answer our calls or text and questions. He showed us several homes, we were lucky and bought the first one hed showed us. It had everything wed asked for. After our offer was accepted he continued to keep us informed and made sure all the paperwork was in order. Even after the closing Sam came by several times to see how things were going. He still calls to check in on us and invites us to his office when they are doing special holiday things, etc. He is quick to help or give advice. We felt very lucky to have had Sam as our realtor. We would certainly use him again in the future.

He was very friendly and positive.He is now helping my oldest son with his home search even though he knows he probably will not be moving For at least a year. But Sam may find my son a property that he can afford a lot sooner!
