Sam created the perfect conditions for a very successful and quick sale of our home. From start to finish, Sam advised us on prepping the house to highlight its many features. He had a wonderful network of people who could do the work but also knew what didn't need to be done either. Our house went on the market on a Friday afternoon and by Sunday evening we had received 23 offers all above asking price. Sam continued to guide us in selecting the best offer and negotiating the closing. My husband and I could not have a better experience.

When I first thought about selling my home I had no idea where to start. I thought I could do it on my own and had originally planned to do so. However, when I started thinking about it further into my decision to sell I thought I would talk with a realtor first. I was worried about not understanding the process (what if I had repairs, or I dont know how to stage the home? how do I even begin to market my home? etc.). I was referred to Fulton Realty (who I have used as referrals for members when I worked for a local Credit Union) through the Home Advantage program and a previous co-worker. My first meeting with Sam was extremely helpful. He was clear, concise and to the point on what to expect and he helped me come up with a timeline which put everything into a real-time perspective. His ability to map out a plan put me at ease immediately. Part of their package includes a free consultation with an interior decorator (this was unbelievably helpful) which was the last step before putting it on the market. Once the house was on the market it was awesome to see how it was marketed through Zillow and how much traffic there was just in the first day it was available to the public. Since I have a dog, there was a point where I had troubles getting away from work to take Lucy out of the house and Sam was kind enough to go to the house and take her on a small walk. This was top of the line service on his end because he didnt have to do that. The entire process of listing the home was seamless. Once I received a couple of offers it was time to decide which was going to be the best fit. Sam helped me understand exactly what the offers meant, how it works and what the next steps were once I accepted an offer and finalized everything. He was helpful from the first step all the way to the final step which ultimately led to me closing on the home last month. I wont refer my friends, family or acquaintances to anyone but Sam at Fulton Realty because I believe he puts a personal touch on the entire process and lowers any amount of stress that would have been there otherwise. I will be reaching out to him once I am ready to purchase another home.

He provided a designer to give practical suggestions for a market ready home, amazing professional photos and an innovative marketing plan, bringing in multiple offers the weekend we listed. Listing our home was still a lot of work, but Sam took the ominous out of it and made it exciting and fun. His quick response to questions or issues and frequent updates, just added to a very positive experience.When it came to helping us find a condo, don't even let us get started! We had some very unexpected challenges that Sam helped us negotiate and work through, and he went far above and beyond the call of duty on that one!
