Megan was wonderful to work with. We really appreciated her enthusiasm and drive to really get the best results for us in the sale of our home. She was very knowledgeable and worked closely with us throughout the process helping us with recommendations of what to fix up before putting the house on the market and then came in and did all the staging herself. The house looked amazing and completely transformed, ready for the market. She did research to help us figure out an appropriate list price and put on a wonderful open house. She negotiated with buyers, all while we were out of town on vacation and kept us updated throughout the process. She was able to secure a buyer with all cash, above list price and willing to rent back to us for a couple months (which was important for our particular situation). She did a great job communicating through the process and advocating for us. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor!

I met Megan at an open house and we immediately hit it off. I was a first time home buyer and she did an excellent job walking me through the process. The seller had moved out of state and the selling agent was slow to respond, but she keep me in the loop and made sure everything got done as quickly and smoothly as possible. There was a leak in the ceiling caused by the balcony and she made sure it was repaired and even stopped by on a rainy day to check on it and then bought a tarp and secured it to keep water out. The balcony repairs extended beyond the close of escrow and she made sure they were completed. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a home.
