ZillowVERIFIEDSam, Sam, Sam is the Best, Best, Best! Right off the bat upon interviewing Realtors to sell my Dallas home, Sam was it. He was personable, kind, not pushy, not trying to sell himself, just easy going and letting me get to know him and how he works. Just in conversation it was very easy to pick up that he was extremely knowledgeable and very capable to sell my home. I wasn't quite ready to move, but I needed to move out of state to a home I already had purchased. Sam picked up on me hedging on picking a date, and he very gently urged me onward and I needed that. We made a strong push to get my house listed and Sam was there every step of the way. Sam went out of his way to help me in every way possible way, he was an inspector/handyman/stager/cheerleader and always remained positive and upbeat when I would start doubting. In a market where interest rates are skyrocketing, and it wasn't an "optimal" time to sell, we went ahead and listed my home and kept our paws crossed. There were 2 other homes for sale on my block and we just powered through. Within 11 days and only 2 showings I had a viable contract and we closed before 30 days. The other 2 homes are still for sale. I cannot recommend Sam Bullard strongly enough! Give him a call if you are selling or buying, you will not be disappointed!
