What more can we say, Sam is a FANTASTIC real estate professional and a joy to work with. We were new to the Dallas area as recent east coast transplants. Coming to a new city from years of apartment living, we were in need of guidance and support. Sam delivered on all fronts!He was attentive, took the time to understand our needs and wants, and really helped align us to neighborhoods and home types. He laid out a balanced view of options and helped us hone in on what we wanted and (also importantly) didn't want.Once it was time to buy, Sam was a true champion. He guided us through the negotiation process, the idiosyncrasies of the Texas purchasing process and even elements we would have never been able to tackle ourselves - like what to look out in foundation design/materials for the Texas climate and water table. He was there for us all the way through the purchase, inspection and closing process helping make this smooth and dare we say, pleasant!? :) He provided us an extremely useful punch list to close out all the little items and details than would otherwise overwhelm when making such a major life purchase. Even after close Sam was on hand to answer a couple followup questions.Sam is the best and he should be your first call if you're entering this buying market.

I would highly recommend Sam, as he goes above and beyond to make the sales process as seamless as possible. He is a pro's pro when it comes to letting his clients know what to expect throughout the process, doing due diligence on the market/buyer types, contracts, etc..
