About Sam Bell

As a real estate professional focusing on York and Cumberland counties in Maine, I am part of the Maine and National association of realtors and hold my REALTOR(R) designation. I have spent the last fourteen years in the banking industry, starting out as a part time teller and working my way up to a branch manager while filling various roles along the way. Real Estate has always been a hobby and passion of mine. That passion combined with my experience in the banking industry has landed me right where I want to be. Sam Bell was a pleasure to work with. We had to buy a house remotely and without viewing it ourselves. Sam made all arrangements, took us through virtually, and put together a suggested offer within one day of contacting him. It was also the first day the house was offered on Zillow. His efficiency, knowledge of the volatile market and of older homes, plus his friendly style of negotiating with his counterpart had our offer accepted within 12 hours, thanks in no small part to his strategy of when to offer and when to determine the offers termination. This was a great experience for us. Sam dealt in detail and explained perfectly despite remote communication, and gave us full confidence that he was in our court on this deal.
