ZillowVERIFIEDI wrote a review about Sam helping me sell two houses in L.A. so this is the review for the second house. That house was a rental that I inherited from My family. I needed to sell it because I live in a different state and it became very inconvenient for me to have to travel back and forth between states to take care of that house. And I decided that I didn't want to be a landlord. Sam helped me sell that house but it wasn't easy, because the tenant was refusing to leave and she became a very unpleasant person. Sam worked with me and her and eventually the tenant moved out and Sam was able to sell the house for me. She went above and beyond for me and I will forever be grateful.
