Sam was absolutely perfect. I was a first time home buyer that went through 3 other real estate agents that all were very obviously in it for themselves. They kept trying to make me change lenders and tried telling me I couldn't even see certain houses. This led me to Sam which after our first conversation over the phone I knew he was different. He understood what I needed and was looking for for me and my family and his extreme knowledge had us not overbidding on certain houses that we were interested in, even in the crazy market. After a few failed bids Sam realized we were stressing out and starting to settle for whatever we could find and he steered us out of that mindset and helped us truly find our dream home. He was always there before during and after our bid was approved and helped us the entire way, constantly easing our minds. When we relayed to Sam that we needed to move the closing date a few days sooner due to our lease he really made every extra effort to make it happen. Even when the sellers stopped answering and refused to make repairs that the appraisal pointed out, Sam made sure everything got done in time to still close early. Even after we moved in Sam kept checking on us to make sure everything was good and even offered to help with moving and changing out our hot water heater. He continues to this day to recommend certain contractors and services we may need. We could not have done this without Sam, Thank you!
