Sam is amazing! I had to sell my parents? house which was one of the hardest things I?ve had to do. Not only does Sam know the process he was also a listening ear when I became emotional during the process. Sam also was instrumental in helping me clear out the house with ideas of how to sell items and even making several trips to the landfill.
