Shannon and her partner Mark served as our buyer's agents in our search for a new home. As a team, they were incredibly friendly and helpful from the first moment that we started our home search. I really appreciated that Shannon and Mark have a close working relationship because it meant that there was always somebody available to get us in to see a home or meet deadlines. As the housing market in Luzerne County is very competitive, Shannon encouraged us to keep looking when we were outbid on the first house we liked, and she was the one to find and tell us about the home that ultimately became ours. Beth was attentive to what we were looking for in a home. This wasn't easy. Beth demonstrated much patience with us and took time in answering all questions we had. She was prompt in returning calls and she walked us through the entire process of purchasing our home. This was a task not everyone could handle. My parents were relocating after a lifetime in Philadelphia to luzerne county . Beth has helped make the transition less stressful. She represented us, guided us, reassured us and took our best interest to heart. We found a home suitable to our needs and made our purchase.
