Sally was very helpful in buying our first home. She was very vigilant looking for a home that was in the location we wanted and in our price range. Recently we relocated outside of the country and had a renter for the home. The renter had to back out within a week of my move. While I was out of the country, Sally was able to get the house ready for sale, put the home on the market and we had signed the contract within a month of me leaving the country. Furthermore, we had sold the home for more than originally asked. Because of Sally, we were able to get a great price for our home from another country with minimal stress and effort. I met Sally French through a mutual acquaintance (neighbor) when I was interviewing real estate agents to sell my family's home in Montgomery County. She was very responsive in meeting me and going through recommendations to maximize the market value of our residential home which was in need of major updates.She has a vast network of people to help support this beyond the normal expectations of putting the home on the market. She helped me with prioritizing and determining the lowest cost to invest in the home improvements (paint, lights, bathroom and kitchen) with a home designer. When I needed to replace the roof, she provided me with a very reasonable contractor to do the job for half the cost of quotes I received. She referred an electrician who did a great job doing an inspection to find issues that needed to be corrected.She also was a true partner in the renovation of the home which took 4 months. She actually represented me in working the kitchen design and upgrade and even picked out and bought the fixtures since I was out of town. She drove in the snow/freezing rain to meet with the countertop vendor and other suppliers and meet with me and my contractor as we progressed through several major renovations. She guided me through the HOA requirements for conforming to standards for selling the home and even attended the settlement. During this entire partnership, she had my best interests in mind, answering calls and texts after hours.I would recommend her without reservation for any buyer or seller in the MD area. James B.
