1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Know where your credit stands. Speak with a lender, to know your purchasing power. Connect with an experienced agent to ask all the necessary questions that will empower you with the knowledge you need to move confidentially forward and team up with an agent that you connect with and has great communication skills.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Connect with a knowledgeable agent to give you educated advice on the true value of your home. Prepare your home to showcase at its best. Be realistic about the value of your home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of clients, first time home buyers, veterans and seniors.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After serving in the Marine Corps, I came back home to the San Fernando Valley and purchased my first home at 23 years old. During my home purchase I learned the loan and purchasing process and my agent suggested I get into Real Estate as he saw my personality and communications skills as a great asset to genuinely connect with people.
I then went to college and took every Real Estate class offered on campus while working on my business degree and ended up getting licensed at 25.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I was working with a young couple that got scared about following through with their home purchase that was in escrow. I gave them time to think about what they really wanted to do. I addressed all their concerns, reminded them of the great deal negotiated on their behalf, emphasized their true motivation for buying (as they were expecting their first child). This young couple decided to move forward and were grateful that they received the reassurance I gave them, as were extremely happy with how great everything worked out for them in the end.
We talked about it all some months down the line and I touched on how they let fear creep in during escrow that almost cost them a great home ownership opportunity and they were extremely grateful at the end. This transaction was very meaningful to me personally because it reminded me of my first home purchase.
