Garron was referred to me through Veterans Advantage. I was using my Va home loan for the first time and was also a first time home buyer. Garron was very knowledgeable about the VA home loan and made sure I was aware of how the process would work. The home hunting process took over a year and a half and Garron was extremely patient with me and checked in on me periodically. I never felt pressured by him or that he was trying to sell me anything. He knew what was on my must have list and made sure the homes he showed me met those expectations. Once we found my home everything happened so smoothly and quickly. I'm so thankful for Garrons assistance in this whole process. He is a very honest and gracious man and I'm so blessed to have had the opportunity to meet him and work with him. 10/10 recommend!

Christopher Rubio will treat you nicely until you sign with him, but after that, working with him is a nightmare. Communication becomes sparse, and I often felt ignored when I had questions or concerns. He seemed more interested in closing deals than in supporting his clients. Whenever issues arose, he would blame me for anything he lacked or neglected to inform me about as my realtor. The lack of follow-through and attention to detail was incredibly frustrating, and I ultimately felt abandoned during the process. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor.

Christopher Rubio proceeded to baking me for not doing a proper inspection of the home he sold me that belonged to his family. He willingly sold me a property with mold just to make money off me and double end the deal representing me but not having MY best interest. Its a shame there are fraudulent money hungry realtors without truly wanting their clients best interest but their own.
