Sahand is amazing! We reached out to Sahand after reviewing some properties in Las Vegas. In less than 24 hours, he had made all arrangements needed for us to view the properties and maximize our 5 hour trip from Southern California. He had retrieved all of the property details ahead of time and was ready within 2 days. We did not like any of the properties so he went to work again and found us the preorder home we were looking for. After a second trip and viewing the property, we submitted an offer.
